I've updated the Thalantyr item upgrade mod to work with the Enhnaced Editions (and gave it a skeleton of EET compatibility too).
The only thing that remains to be done is updating the item descriptions and checking if HANDLE_CHARSETS doesn't make everything crash. I've updated all of the languages' references (yay for copy/paste and intuitiveness) so there won't be a need for new strings.
