Lately when I transformed my Charname into a elder fire elemental, I asked myself if elementals are capable of common speech. We know that the greatest elementals, the princes are able to so, thus I am asking myself if it is okay for my druid to cast spells while being in a elemental form.
Since I talk about this, wouldn't it make it sense to be able to cast spells as a Illithid, Gnoll or a Troll?
I would like to know how to enable spellcasting, but yet I was unable to find the effect, which prevents me from doing so.
I currently use PnP Elementals of aTweaks.
