BP180C difficulty of the game affected?

Hello.
I currently play is BP 180C.
However, some installation difficulty of the items seem to be affected.
For example Kuroisan, the Acid Kensai Red Badge Poison-Based Encounter and the core rules were found to appear in more difficulty.
Tactics of the past seem to have a spit.
Is the impact of BP 180C?
