Unfinished Business isn't working with BWS

Hello,

BG1UB isn't working with BWS, while BWS downloads and installs the mod automatically, components like The Mysterious Vial, Prism and the Emeralds Tweak or Appropriate Albert and Rufie Reward don't work. Any ideas why?
