BG1 Frost Dart

With SCS (and I imagine in EE ect as well) this is a little too effective for interruption especially through stoneskin ect in particular relative to ease of access/cost. A +1 returning dart would probably be more appropriate. As is, it really overshadows the existing throwing axe and becomes a top tier weapon for druids and mages. If you aren't amenable, which is fair enough, I'd at least suggest moving it to BG city as obviously the impact reduces later in the game.
