Sound problem in BG1 and BG2

Hi! I create this topic in this forum because  I'm trying to install "Baldur's Gate" with Big World Setup , but I have a problem with the sounds of NPC's and characters (And menu ) in BG1 and BG2

The problem is very weird , because the music sound , enviroment sound and other sound effects work , but the voices and menu sounds don't work .

I'm using Windows 8.1 Pro, but I have a laptop with Windows 10 Pro and the game works with all sounds ( I can't use this laptop, I have no more space and much less to install BWS. ) . I tried to install "Open Al " but It made no difference.

Anyone know the problem?
