Can i decode my dvd?

I bought my HP laptop in Greece. I watched a movie today and the dvd disc was region 2. My laptop is region 0. I got a notification about the difference when i inserted the disc from HP media smart which asked me if i wanted to change my region to 2 from 0 in order to watch the movie. It also informed me that i have 5 changes in total to make and that after the last, change won't be possible.

I live in England now and you can see this is a problem for me. I have only 4 more movies to watch and then my laptop is useless (for watching movies from discs)! Is there a solution to my problem?
