BGT NPC Sound?

After installation of BWP 11 there's a line:

BGT-NPCSound-WeiDU was not installed

Then I checked the BWP manual and BGT readme but found little information about this. So I just wonder, as a part of BGT 1.14, what does this MOD actually do, & why is it ignored in BWP installation?

BTW, Cespy Audio of Item Upgrade Mod seems not contained in BiG World Install.bat, so does it need to be installed manually?
