Using BWS standard option:
During TS installation I had an error saying that tisunpack.exe cannot be loaded. Copied it from other mod into root folder of BG and it installed successfully.
Opened debug and found:
WARNING: cannot find block matching [TS/mess/noNeJ/o1Minsc.bcs] WARNING: cannot find block matching [TS/mess/noNeJ/o2Minsc.bcs] WARNING: cannot find block matching [TS/mess/noNeJ/o3Minsc.bcs]
is it bad?

While installing ThaelNPC v.2.32 got error loading:
Añadir_Sindel.baf Añadir_Zaki.baf Añadir_Thael.baf Añadir_ThaelTOB.baf
extracted files as well those in archive have name:
AĄadir_Sindel.baf AĄadir_Zaki.baf AĄadir_Thael.baf AĄadir_ThaelTOB.baf
renamed them and it installed successfully.

Edit1:
Same with UldarNPC v0.77, both extracted and files in the archive were wrong.
renamed:
AĄadir_Jarall.baf AĄadir_Uldar.baf AĄadir_UldarTOB.baf
to
Añadir_Jarall.baf Añadir_Uldar.baf Añadir_UldarTOB.baf

Dunno if it's only me, but better to report I guess
