Installation Trouble - any help appreciated

Hi, dying to play the Big World mod only i've run into trouble installing. After it finally gets past download/extraction, the install process gets stuck on ''processing fixes for AzenMOD'' with a blank cmd window.

I've searched and found these 2 with the same problem:

Only thing is I er, don't know how to run the Big World setup through cmd prompt as an admin and I can't find the install.bat mentioned in the 2nd link.

OS is Windows 8.1, UAC is disabled, install of BG1, 2 and expansions is clean and patched w/ new game save. Any pointers for this simple man so I can play the game modded?? Thanks.
