Big World Setup (BWS) - Install a mod that is not part of BWP

Dear modding community!

I want do do a BWS custom installation and would like to also include this mod, wich is not Part of the BWP:

It should be generally installed late in the install order, specifically "before Refinements (except the druid component) and before SCS."

Since i want to use SCS, it seems I should not just install it after BWS installation. Can I somehow include a stop during the BWS installation process and manually install it before the SCS component?

Any help is highly appreciated.
